Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases in the Link-DB Store operated by Link-DB, P. Wüthrich, Bodenwis 50, 8493 Saland, Switzerland, UID CHE-215.336.734.
Products
The store sells digital software licenses. Product-specific license terms, activation requirements, regional restrictions and manufacturer conditions are shown on the product page where applicable and form part of the order.
Prices and currency
Prices are shown in the customer currency where available. The store base currency is CHF; exchange rates are refreshed daily. No VAT is charged or shown, as the seller is not VAT liable. The price shown during checkout is the price to be paid for the order. Currency conversion may differ from card issuer or payment provider conversion rates.
Order process
Customers place products in the cart, review the order at checkout, accept the applicable terms and submit the order using the payment button. Input errors can be corrected before the order is submitted.
Digital delivery
Delivery is digital by email and/or in the customer account after successful payment and internal fraud checks. No physical shipping is provided for digital license products.
Customer duties
Customers must check product descriptions, platform compatibility, device requirements, region restrictions and activation requirements before ordering. License keys must be kept confidential and must not be published or shared.
Refunds and license issues
Refund handling for digital licenses is described on the Refunds & License Issues page. Link-DB may provide troubleshooting, replacement or another appropriate solution where a delivered license cannot be activated for reasons attributable to the license.
Liability
Link-DB is not liable for incompatibility caused by unsupported devices, unsupported regions, wrong product selection, third-party account restrictions or manufacturer platform outages, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Applicable law and venue
Swiss law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rules remain reserved. Where legally permitted, the competent courts at the seller’s business seat are responsible.
