Refunds & License Issues

Software licenses are digital goods. Once a license key has been delivered, revealed, activated or otherwise used, refunds may be refused or restricted unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

If a license key does not work, contact Link-DB support with your order number, product name, device/platform and activation error details. Link-DB will review the issue and may provide troubleshooting, replacement or another appropriate solution.

Refunds are normally not available for wrong product selection, unsupported devices, ignored regional restrictions, published license keys or activation attempts outside the product description.

Do not publish license keys in public comments, reviews, screenshots or support forums.
