What should I do if a license key does not work?
Contact Link-DB support with your order number and a description of the activation issue. Do not post license keys publicly.
Why is the price not shown in CHF?
The store can display local currency for international customers. CHF remains the base currency for conversion.
Will I receive an invoice?
WooCommerce invoice documents are prepared for digital orders and use the currency saved on the order.
Can I return a digital license?
Digital licenses can normally only be refunded if the key has not been delivered, revealed, activated or otherwise used, subject to the final Terms and Conditions.
Do I need a customer account?
No. Guest checkout is enabled. Creating an account is optional.
